Work Comp 101 – an introductory look at what Workers’ Compensation is, key safety measures to have in place to prevent injuries and fundamentals for claims reporting, handling to improve worker outcomes and minimize negative impact on an employers work comp experience modifier and overall costs. Flint will also be touching on how Covid-19 impacts Workers' Comp.

Flint has over 30 years of experience in loss prevention, and he has assisted various types of companies with their safety and claims efforts throughout the Midwest. For the past 15 years Flint has focused on presenting at Conferences, Associations, Trade Groups including National events. Flint holds bachelor’s degrees in both Industrial Safety and Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri, as well as an Associate’s degree in Loss Control Management and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals. Flint is a Missouri certified Safety Consultant and a Certified Field Safety Representative for Arkansas.
