Bio:

With a background in employee relations at one of the largest construction companies in the U.S., Lisa understands the challenges of managing an ever changing workforce while trying to keep informed of complex labor and employment laws and regulations. Lisa’s background in employee relations motivated her to become a lawyer, and ultimately, to focus her practice in employment and labor law. Lisa focuses her practice on employment litigation in both state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Prior to joining Constangy, Lisa worked at a large general civil litigation law firm defending a diverse spectrum of clients ranging from large construction firms to one person start-ups.
