    Flint Walton, ALCM, is a Technical Services and Training Specialist from Missouri Employers Mutual.  He will present on WorkSafe.   MEM routinely provides training for over 10,000 Missouri workers, and Flint has experience presenting on a national scale at events such as the National Safety Council's Congress and Exp, Public Risk Management Association conference and the American Society of Safety Professionals.

    Flint has nearly 30 years of experience in loss prevention and has assisted various types of companies with their safety efforts.  He has extensive practice in managing or supervising multi-jurisdictional claims coast to coast, both in the insured and self-insured environments.  His experience extends to nation-wide carriers, third-party administrators and self-administered employers.  Flint holds a bachelor's degree in both Industrial Safety and Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri, as well as an associate’s degree in Loss Control Management, INS and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.  Flint is a Missouri certified Safety Consultant and a Certified Field Safety Representative for Arkansas.
