HRMA of West Central MO is excited to have Timothy Dunville speak on learning and developing an apprenticeships as a recruitment and retention strategy.
Tim is the Senior Lead on the Community Development Team for the Department of Higher Education Workforce Development. Tim graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and Criminal justice. Tim spent several years teaching high school Spanish and coaching tennis. After teaching and coaching, Tim did prevention outreach for a behavioral health company.
In this session learn more about the benefit of investing in talent development through the Missouri Apprentice Connect program and becoming a Registered Apprenticeship program.
