    A great deal has changed in the world of work over the past three years–and the expectations of our employees have largely adapted along with it. Managing an increasingly distributed workforce fueled by the pandemic, innovative systems and technologies, varying degrees of employment models, purpose-driven workplaces, increased rates of burnout – coupled with labor shortages, quiet quitting, and an uncertain economic outlook have had an impact on employers’priorities in the year ahead.
