This interactive session will walk attendees through real life workplace scenarios involving employees who need assistance or time off from work due to their own medical issue or a family member’s medical issue. The session will provide practical tips on how to stay complaint with the Family Medical and Leave Act (FMLA), the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the new Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA).
