    As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Human Resources Director to join our Human Resources Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.


    Shift:

    • Full time 80 hours every 2 weeks
    • 8a-4:30p

    Candidate needs to have the following:

    • Candidate will be a graduate from a recognized college or university with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related degree.
    • Master's level education preferred.
    • National HR certification from ASHHRA or SHRM preferred.
    • Experience should include a minimum of three years' experience in a lead human resource position, preferably in healthcare.

    Job Description:

    • The Director of Human Resources develops and executes the hospital’s human resource strategy to support the organization’s strategic direction.
    • The HR Director will actively work with and educate the leadership team on management practices that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
    • The HR Director collaborates with the senior leaders to help develop and execute the strategic plan for the organization. The position oversees all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, work comp, FMLA, employee health, onboarding, and staff orientation. 
    • The HR Director will serve as a mentor and a resource for all leaders in the organization when dealing with employee issues.  The HR Director will attend and present at the monthly leadership meeting. 

    Requirements
