The HR Generalist is a critical part of the Human Resources Department that will focus on staffing to meet business needs, ensuring Parker Slater acquires and retains a diverse and talented workforce. The HR Generalist will be responsible for working with the on-site management team as a point of contact for recruitment, employee engagement and rewards, training, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

Required

• 4 year degree or 2 year degree with equivalent experience.

• Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, presentation and interpersonal.

• Exceptional time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Advanced Microsoft office, including Excel and other software.

• Motivated, self-driven individual with a commitment to excellence.

Preferred

• Bilingual – English/Spanish

• PHR/SPHR

• Broad based HR experience in manufacturing environment

• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and training.
