    Ozarks Mountain High – Recreational Marijuana Comes to Employers in the Show Me State

    This program will address the new Missouri recreational marijuana constitutional amendment and important changes to medicinal marijuana as well.  Not surprisingly, the changes are a little hazy but once you see through the smoke screen Missouri employers can avoid legal and operational challenges and maintain effective drug-free workplaces.

    HRMA of West Central MO is excited to have Timothy Dunville speak on learning and developing an apprenticeships as a recruitment and retention strategy.

    Tim is the Senior Lead on the Community Development Team for the Department of Higher Education Workforce Development. Tim graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and Criminal justice. Tim spent several years teaching high school Spanish and coaching tennis. After teaching and coaching, Tim did prevention outreach for a behavioral health company.
